Job summary

INITIA Group - Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our vibrant F&B team as Service Crew. This role centers on serving food and beverages and supporting daily restaurant operations with prompt, friendly service.

While your main role involves serving, you may assist with greeting guests, seatings during peak hours, and basic FOH tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; weekend shifts are required, and Korean language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
• Fresh graduates / Entry-level welcome to apply!
• Friendly, engaging, and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered.
• Ability to converse in Korean is an advantage
• Malaysian citizens or those with the legal right to work in Malaysia are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness.
• Handle POS transactions and manage customer payments as needed.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Occasionally assist with welcoming guests and basic FOH duties (e.g. hosting or queue management).
• Provide general support to outlet operations and uphold brand standards.
