Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages daily following quality and safety standards.
• Operate the cashier system, process transactions accurately, and handle cash.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain availability, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and stock control to minimize waste.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace.
• Maintain orderly work area and complete daily banking duties as required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team to support our daily store operations. This role focuses on food and beverage preparation, cashier operations, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with company standards while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages on a daily basis in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
• Operate the cashier system, process transactions accurately, and perform proper cash handling duties.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, maintaining optimal stock availability and placing stock orders as needed.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and stock control to minimize wastage and shortages.
• Always Follow and ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in line with operational and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all daily banking duties are performed according to timeline.
