Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day F&B operations across cafes, casual dining, and pubs. You will translate the founders' vision into actionable strategies, drive sales, and uphold quality and profitability across locations.

Lead a large team (100+ staff) including GM, Executive Chef, and branch managers, solving service, quality, staffing, and supply chain challenges while implementing scalable SOPs and optimizing financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in F&B operations (cafes, casual dining, pub).
• Experience leading large teams and multi-location operations.
• Ability to translate founders' vision into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate the founders vision into actionable strategies, driving sales, maintaining operational efficiency across locations.
• Manage the entire operational framework of the Group, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Oversee financial performance, analyze reports, and optimize sales, cost control, and marketing efforts.
• Continuously improve and implement SOPs across the Group to ensure scalability and increased financial value.
• Lead a team including the General Manager, Executive Chef, Branch Managers, and kitchen staff (100+ employees).
