Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring to monitor cafeteria operations and ensure outlets comply with SOPs, Halal and food-safety standards. You will perform audits, verify hygiene, storage and staff practices, and generate clear reports for corrective actions.

The role requires 2+ years in F&B operations, knowledge of HACCP/GMP/Halal/KKM, and strong communication. Malaysian applicants preferred; travel between outlets may be required.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen and able to work in Malaysia.
• Diploma or degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Food Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in F&B operations, catering, cafeteria or central-kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal, KKM requirements and food-safety practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and surprise operational audits at cafeterias and kitchens.
• Check food hygiene, preparation, storage, temperature control, cleanliness and staff practices.
• Ensure employees follow company SOPs, Halal requirements and food-safety standards.
• Inspect documentation, checklists, licences, staff records and daily operational records.
• Identify non-compliance and prepare clear audit reports.
• Recommend corrective actions and follow up until all issues are resolved.
• Provide SOP guidance and training to outlet employees.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency and service quality.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets
