Job summary

Dormani Hotel Kuching is seeking a friendly and service-oriented F&B Attendant to provide professional food and beverage service and support daily outlet operations according to hotel standards.

You will assist in restaurant, banquet, or room service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure hygiene and safety while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Flexibility for shifts and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily F&B service operations (restaurant, banquet, or room service)
• Greet and serve guests in a polite, friendly and professional manner
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well maintained
• Set up and clear tables according to hotel standards
• Refill food, beverages, and service items when needed
• Assist in banquet setup, buffet arrangement and event service
• Handle guest inquiries and provide basic information about menu items
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
• Assist in cashiering and billing when required
