FAGERDALA MALAYSIA SDN BHD in Penang is seeking an experienced production technician/leader to oversee extrusion operations, monitor performance, and drive target attainment. You will set up extrusion machines and ensure equipment is well maintained.

We value self-motivation, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The role includes coordinating daily work orders, reporting downtime, and supporting material staging and 5S improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in production technician/leader/supervisor activities.
• Demonstrates ability to supervise and coach operators.
• Capable of coordinating daily production needs and reports.

Responsabilités

• To assign operator's daily duty according to the urgency of work order.
• To monitor the performance of the operator and provide coaching if necessary.
• To ensure product produce is meeting the customer requirements.
• To perform extrusion machine set up and ensure machine condition is well maintained.
• To participate daily production problem solving & strike for production target.
• To prepare/coordinate work orders & other documents for daily production needs.
• To report machine breakdown and follow up for recovery to minimize production downtime
• To support raw material storing & coordinate LPG gas supply for production use.
• To maintain & improve 5S at work place.
• To prepare production reports as requested by superior.
