Job summary

TG Malaysia is seeking an experienced audit professional to lead the engagement team on audits across a portfolio of clients in various industries and to provide on-the-job training to develop auditing skills and familiarity with the firm's methodology.

You will manage timely billings and collections, oversee risk management of engagements, and build strong client relationships while coaching the team to maximize results and personal development.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline and/ or a professional qualification or a membership in Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
• More than 4 years of working experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams.
• Possesses robust interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, combines teamwork with leadership abilities.

• You will be managing timely billings and collections as well as risk management of the engagements involved, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Education and professional skills / knowledge Experience and Education:

• Degree in any discipline and/ or a Professional qualification or a membership in Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
• More than 4 years of working experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams.
• Other skills: Possesses robust interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, combines teamwork with leadership abilities.
