Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Compliance Executive/Engineer (Export & Customs) to manage export operations, ensure customs compliance, and coordinate logistics activities to support a smooth supply chain.

The role requires proficiency in Excel and at least 1 year of experience. You will handle LMW reporting, HS Code classifications, COO verification, and documentation review to prevent compliance risks.

Fresh graduates may apply; training will cover 5S, safety, and trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and basic IT tools.
• At least 1 year in logistics, export, or compliance.
• 5S and safety training; familiarity with customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor export/production schedules with logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with Customs Act and HS Code classifications.
• Coordinate LMW reporting, inventory reconciliation, and audits.
• Review documentation and issue clearance instructions.
• Train staff on export controls and trade compliance.
