Job summary

Vanguard Minerals Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage site arrangements, documentation, and reporting across multiple mining locations in Malaysia. The role involves traveling with the Exploration Manager and working mainly from the office when not on-site.

You will coordinate logistics, maintain records, and support drill logs and geological data while ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines across all sites. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, geology, or related field.
• 1–2 years in site coordination or exploration support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good documentation and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with GIS and ability to create KML files.
• Willing to travel occasionally with Exploration Manager.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site arrangements across multiple mining locations.
• Prepare and maintain reports on site operations and progress.
• Assist Exploration Manager on site visits and admin tasks.
• Maintain filing systems for site documents.
• Organize geological docs and drill logs where applicable.
• Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and site personnel.
• Support in preparing basic geological spatial data (KML).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines.
