Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation, compounding, and dispensing of pharmaceutical products according to prescriptions and pharmaceutical standards
• Conducting quality control checks on pharmaceutical preparations and ensuring adherence to Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) guidelines
• Managing pharmacy inventory, including stock control, ordering, receiving, and storage of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies
• Supporting the registration and documentation of pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing accurate and professional pharmaceutical information to patients and healthcare professionals
• Assisting in the maintenance of pharmacy records and patient medication profiles
• Supporting the pharmacist in clinical services, including patient counselling and medication therapy management
• Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical legislation, regulations, and ethical standards
• Contributing to pharmacy workflow optimisation and operational efficiency
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe pharmacy environment
