Job summary

Smart International Aesthetic Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a clinic assistant to support doctors during consultations, examinations, treatments and minor procedures.

You will prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each procedure, handle patient registration and appointments, take vital signs and help with basic clinical duties, while upholding infection control and sanitary standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, treatments and minor procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and medical supplies before each procedure.
• Perform patient registration, schedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records.
• Take patients’ vital signs and assist with wound dressing and other basic clinical duties.
• Provide patients with clear pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
• Monitor and follow up with patients after their treatments or procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sterilisation and infection control.
• Monitor medications, consumables and clinical stock levels.
• Handle patient enquiries professionally through WhatsApp, telephone and face-to-face communication.
• Support reception, administrative and daily clinic operations when required.
