Liberty General Insurance is seeking a telemarketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive product sales and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will handle inbound calls, promote offerings, and strive to meet monthly targets while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes persuasive communication, confidentiality, and adherence to quality standards, supporting the company’s sales objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with minimum 1 year as telemarketer or similar sales & marketing.
• Experience in selling insurance and banking product is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales preferably over the phone.
• Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints.
