Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking an Executive, Talent Development & Culture on a contract basis. You will support employee engagement activities, coordinate events, and assist in onboarding and orientation across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business and 1-3 years in Talent Development, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Travel to Bukit Raja, Klang is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of employee engagement activities
• Coordinate company events (townhall, festive events, team engagement activities)
• Prepare communication for engagement activities and HR announcements
• Manage event logistics (venue, setup, attendance, coordination)
• Support new joiner orientation, including welcome communication to new employees, coordination of onboarding welcome sessions and engagement activities and ensuring new joiners are included in engagement programs
• Collect feedback on onboarding experience and engagement participation
• Assist in engagement survey distribution and result compilation
• Arrange and coordinate exit interviews
• Conduct and coordinate physical and virtual orientation sessions
• Update orientation slides and new joiner guides

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

This is contract role for 3 - 6 months

Atleast 1-3 years of related working experience in Talent Development

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple task.

Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven with strong attention to detail.

Able to travel to Bukit Raja, Klang (Near Setia Alam)

The first CARiNG Outlet opened in Taman Muda, Cheras. At that time, the awareness of community pharmacy services was still low. The founders took these important steps to instill the value of pharmacists in the healthcare profession by:

Providing 12 hours a day, 7 days a week full time pharmacist service.

Providing easily accessible pharmacist counseling service, free blood pressure checks and other health checks at a minimum fee.

Designing the store with a modern, open concept to maximise interaction with customers and merchandise. With this successful concept, CARiNG Pharmacy is growing fast within the Peninsular Malaysia.
