Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking a Nutritionist/Dietitian to assess customer nutritional needs, develop personalized meal plans, provide dietary counseling and educate groups on healthy eating habits. Fresh graduates are welcome and training is provided.

The role includes promoting health awareness, updating product knowledge, and supporting stock management for supplements in a retail setting with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Food Science or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide Nutritional consultant and product recommendations to customers
• Provide nutritional advices and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or health
• Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales target
• Acquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend in retail establishment
• Maintaining good customer relationship able to respond efficiently to customer
• Nutritional training & briefing to the team
• Provide technical support, guidance and feedback to front liners who handle customer enquiries
• Assist in company activities, eg: roadshows, exhibitions, expo
• Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements
• Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required

The first CARiNG Outlet opened in Taman Muda, Cheras. At that time, the awareness of community pharmacy services was still low. The founders took these important steps to instill the value of pharmacists in the healthcare profession by:
