Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the restaurant operation in line with Hyatt standards and brand strategies. You will lead the business, act as a marketing strategist, and ensure the outlet runs smoothly while achieving financial success.

You will also assist with the Food & Beverage Departmental Budget and work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage Operations to meet targets and control costs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with international 5-star chain hotel.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of wellness professionals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations in line with Hyatt standards and financial targets.
• Lead as business leader and marketing strategist to ensure outlet runs smoothly.
