Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown invites applications for an Event Planning Manager who will act as the primary liaison between meeting planners and hotel teams to ensure flawless event execution.

You will oversee the execution of sales agreements, coordinate all event aspects including food, beverage and audio-visuals, manage room blocks and pickup, establish billing instructions and conduct final reviews for accurate invoicing, and serve as the main point of contact during events,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration or related field.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between meeting planners and hotel teams to ensure flawless event execution.
