• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a higher education environment.
• Good understanding of higher education policies, regulations, and QA requirements.
• Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while a team player.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and timely delivery of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and accountability.
• Quick learner with adaptability to changing priorities and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and finalize documentation for new programme approvals, renewals, and accreditation submissions.
• Coordinate internal and external quality assurance audits to ensure programmes meet standards.
• Coordinate appointment, scheduling, and meetings/visits of External Examiners, IAPs, and BoS.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems for QA activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for QA initiatives.
