Job summary

DAGANG NET TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD invites applications for a contract-based Project Support role in Cyberjaya. The candidate will assist in end-to-end system testing, analyze new stakeholder requirements, and prepare change requests to drive system enhancements.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, strong MS Office and multimedia software skills, and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 1 year of project support experience is preferred; contract specifics to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and multimedia software.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end system testing prior to deployment to ensure enhanced system meets requirements.
• Study and analyse new requirements from stakeholders for system enhancements and prepare Change Requests.
• Maintain MMSW documentations and user guides across platforms; update videos/documents after enhancements.
• Track project progress, budget usage and risks; report findings to management.
• Act as liaison between project teams, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and support services.

Responsibilities

• Part if the team members to perform a comprehensive end-to-end system testing prior to the deployment, ensuring that the enhance system meets the requirement prior to the deployment
• Part of the team members to study and analyse the new requirements from the stakeholders for the system's enhancements, preparing the Change Request (CR) progress pertaining to the enhancements
• Managing and maintaining the MMSW doumentations and the user guides in multiple platforms such as video clips or documents. All videos/documents must be updated on frequent basis upon enhancements deployment
• Track project progress, budget usage, and risks, reporting findings to management
• Act as liaison between project teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and support services

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Strong technical, organizational, analytical and communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and multimedia software.
• Key quality(s): Proactive, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Maintining a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 1 year of experience in project support, such as system testing, system documentations and project controls
