Job summary

Inokom Corporation Sdn Bhd invites highly motivated professionals to join as a Production Executive at our Kulim, Kedah facility. You will lead the shopfloor production team to meet targets set by production planning, while ensuring SQDCME metrics are achieved and maintained.

You will coordinate across departments during new model introductions and validate processes to ensure smooth production. You will drive quality control, support cost reduction and KAIZEN initiatives, and study line layouts

Qualifications

• Lead and manage shopfloor production teams to meet targets set by production planning.
• Ensure SQDCME metrics are achieved and maintained.
• Coordinate personnel across departments for new model introductions and process validation.
• Control quality and promptly address defects during model introduction.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and KAIZEN programs.
• Study line layouts and processes for new models to improve efficiency.
• Ensure up-to-date work instructions (WI) for all vehicle models.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure smooth production activities during new model launches.

Job description

1. To lead shopfloor production team in meeting production target as set by production planning department.

2. To ensure S.Q.D.C.M.E measurable are being meet.

3. To coordinate personnel between the various department for process and parts validation during new model introduction.

4. To control the quality and executing defect during model introduction.

5. To assist and implement the cost reduction and as well as any KAIZEN programs.

6. To study line layout for new model introduction and process methodology to ensure the production efficiency. 7. To ensure that the assembly or production Work Instruction (WI) are established and up to date for all vehicle models.

8. To participate with various supporting department and to develop good communication networks to ensure smooth production activities during any new model introduction before mass production.

9. To perform any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.

10.To execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974)
