Job summary

Julie’s Biscuits is seeking a proactive product packaging specialist to drive new products and manage development plans. You will coordinate across departments to evaluate packaging, maintain product specs, and monitor artwork processes.

The role requires creative thinking, strong planning, and excellent communication in English and Malay, with Mandarin a plus. Based in Alor Gajah, Melaka, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience preferred.
• Graphic design knowledge or any equivalent certification is a strong plus.
• Be creative, innovative and strong sense of arts.
• Strong attention to details.
• Good planning, time management, scheduling and multi-tasking skills
• Good interpersonal, coordinating and communication skills.
• Able to work under heavy workload and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently or as a team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Good communication skills (oral and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a plus.
• Computer-literate with Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications are advantageous.
• Willing to work in Alor Gajah, Melaka and travel with own transport.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Possess at least a minimum Diploma or Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Business related or equivalent.


• Preference will be given to a candidate with relevant working experience.


• Knowledge in graphic design and possess any equivalent certification is a strong plus.


• Be creative, innovative and strong sense of arts.

• Good planning, time management, scheduling and multi-tasking skills


• Good interpersonal, coordinating and communication skills.


• Able to anticipate heavy workload and issues during peak periods to meet close deadlines while maintaining a positive work attitude.


• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and also as team player where frequent collaboration across functional teams is necessary.


• Good communication skills (oral and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and knowledge in Mandarin is a plus.


• Computer-literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and relevant software applications be an added advantage.


• Willing to work in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
