Job summary

MSIG Malaysia is seeking a data-driven professional for the Pricing & Analytics team to develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and analytics initiatives supporting pricing decisions and portfolio performance.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data quality, and contributing to ML projects that inform strategic business decisions. Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of BI tools like SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, and SSIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Data Analytics, Mathematics or Data Management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in the general insurance industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BI and database technologies including SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, and SSIS.
• Understanding of data visualization, analytical storytelling, and reporting best practices.
• Appreciation of data quality, accuracy, and governance principles.
• Basic understanding of Information and IT Security Awareness.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
