Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of pricing, business or finance experience.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Job description

We are looking for a Pricing Executive to execute pricing strategies that drive profitability and achieve long-term business objectives. This role is responsible for conducting pricing and profitability analysis, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of relevant documents to Government Affairs department, and maintaining pricing information and systems to support effective pricing decisions and smooth business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct cost and profitability calculations to support pricing analysis and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance and Product Planning teams to align pricing with cost structures and assess the impact of exchange rates, taxation, and government policies on vehicle pricing.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain parts pricing information and coordinate pricing-related matters.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare the required documentation for government incentive and customs applications, ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Ensure accurate pricing implementation by issuing price lists and maintaining up-to-date pricing information in the system in accordance with internal policies.
• Prepare pricing analyses, reports, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in pricing, business, finance.
• Automotive industry experience is an added advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong interest in working with numbers.
