The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years in hospital operations; offers stability and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher in facilities management or related field.
• 2–3 years hospital ops or FM experience preferred.
• Experience in vendor/contractor management and procurement is a plus.

• The person in charge is responsible for supervising the overall functioning of the hospital’s facilities.
• He / she will be very closely involved in the everyday operations of the hospital & actively participates in ensuring continuous efficiency of the hospital’s non-clinical operations.
• The position requires someone who works very well in fast-paced setting & able to provide a safe, comfortable environment for patients, staff & visitors through effective resources management, maintenance program & processes.

Responsibilities

• To oversee the day-today hospital operations and facilities, including M&E systems, civils works,sanitary and plumbing systems, fixtures and fittings, common areas and other hospital infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional and comfortable environment.
• To liaise and coordinate closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to address operational requirements, facility issues and service-related matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital operations and minimal disruption to patient care and services.
• To monitor outsourced and hospital support servicesunder the Operations Department, including housekeeping, parking and other appointed services, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and KPIs.
• To manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including monitoring work performance, service contracts and quotations; raising Purchase Requests (PR) and coordinating Purchase Orders (PO); verifying work completion and service reports; monitoring invoice submission; and following up with Finance/Accounts Payable on vendor payment status to ensure timely processing.
• To maintain operational records and reports, including maintenance activities, incidents, complaints, parking matter, contractor performance, KPIs and outstanding action items and provide regular updates to the operations manager.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Biomedical), Building Services, Property/Building Management, Healthcare Management, Operations Management or other relevant discipline.
• Preferably 2–3 years of working experience in hospital operations, facilities management, building maintenance, M&E services, project coordination or a related field.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment, vendor and contractor management, procurement processes, Purchase Requests (PR), invoicing and payment coordination will be an added advantage.
