Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Team Leader, Operation to provide essential administrative support and help manage daily car transactions in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel daily to complete car handovers, inspect vehicles, operate the company system, upload documents, and communicate in Malay or English while meeting the timetable and company targets. This permanent full-time role requires strong customer focus and reliability.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, automotive or clerical industries is preferred.
• Able to read and understand Malay and English languages.
• Strong customer focus and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to transact cars.
• Check car condition before transaction.
• Use the daily operation system provided.
• Upload documents into the system.
• Read and understand Malay and English.
• Communicate in Malay or English.
