Job Responsibility

Support the Manager of Business Performance in project execution. This includes developing and maintaining BI solutions, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across all databases and reporting platforms. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their data needs and providing actionable insights to drive data‑driven decision‑making.

• BI Dashboard Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of self‑service business performance dashboards. Provide comprehensive views of company performance metrics, including sales figures, client pipeline, trading operation, and compliance banking queries.
• Data Pipeline Management: Establish and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and complete refreshes for datasets with varying update cycles.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in preparing and presenting periodic data summary reports for internal and external stakeholders. Provide timely responses to ad‑hoc data queries from other business units.
• Data Hygiene & Governance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all databases and reporting platforms. Verify data sources, conduct quality checks, and adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Planning and Forecasting: Support planning and forecasting processes by analyzing historical data and industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to guide the organization’s future strategies, including developing sales forecasts, budgeting, and assisting in setting performance targets.
• Training and Support: Conduct internal BI reporting training for stakeholders, promoting effective use of BI tools and reports within the organization.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BI processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure consistency.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing data input, ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) processes, and data modeling to deliver high‑quality data and insights for stakeholders at various levels.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, or related field.
• Proven experience of 2+ years in business intelligence, data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) & data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL). Coding (Python/R) & automation (MS Power Automate) skill is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to details and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
