To manage the end-to-end litigation process involving the Bank as both plaintiff and defendant, including handling legal documentation, advising on potential litigation risks, responding to or issuing legal demands, attending to execution orders, and preparing legal reports and fee approvals to protect the Bank’s interests and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Manage End-to-End Litigation Processes
Handle Letters of Demand (Issuance and Response)
Attend to execution orders served to the Bank (in particular, garnishment order and injunction)
Provide Legal Advice on Litigation Matters
Prepare Legal Monthly Reports and Updates
Manage Legal Fee Approvals and Budget Monitoring
Bachelor of Laws Degree
Minimum of 1 year experience in law related field
Possess good knowledge in civil law
Possess up to date knowledge of Malaysian laws
Skilful in identifying issues and providing best solutions
Good Computer Skills
