• Minimum of 1 year experience in law related field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian laws.

• Skilful in identifying issues and providing best solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end litigation process for the Bank as plaintiff and defendant.
• Handle Letters of Demand (Issuance and Response).
• Attend to execution orders (e.g., garnishment and injunction).
• Provide legal advice on litigation matters.
• Prepare legal monthly reports and update on fees approvals.
