Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites you to join our development team in Kuala Lumpur as an Assistant - Land, Property and Business Development. You will assist in identifying opportunities, conduct market research, and help prepare proposals and presentations for internal review.

This role supports coordination with departments, consultants, authorities and landowners, maintains records, tracks project progress, and performs related duties as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential land, property and business development opportunities.
• Conduct basic market research, site visits and information gathering to support development proposals.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, presentation materials and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant internal departments, consultants, authorities, landowners and external parties.
• Maintain proper records and documentation relating to land, development projects and business opportunities.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and provide updates to the management.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required by the Company.
