Job summary

MR D.I.Y. is seeking an IT support professional to deliver first line assistance for warehouse and inventory applications. You will resolve issues promptly and monitor system performance to ensure reliability across stores and operations.

You will liaise with local and international warehouses, outlets and vendors for new requirements, assist in project implementations and testing, and document requests thoroughly. Strong problem-solving and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Warehouse and Inventory app support with configuration.
• Hands-on system support experience for Business Applications.
• Languages: English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.
• Strong planning, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Able to work on both technical and functional implementation areas.
• Experience in SQL, Stored Procedures, view functions and job schedulers adds advantage.

• Ensure all support request are logged, tracked, and properly documented
• Provide advice, training and technical assistance in a timely manner
• Liaises between local / international warehouse, outlets and external vendor when they have new requirements
• Participant in project implementation, new version released and application testing
• Able to assist in any adhoc tasks assigned by the superior

Qualifications / Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or any related fields
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Warehouse and Inventory application with support and configuration
• Hand on experience in system support of Business Application
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin

• Strong planning, initiative and ability to work independently
