Manages spare parts inventory for assigned accounts to maintain optimal stock levels through effective forecasting, order planning, purchase confirmation, and procurement coordination.
Analyzes sales history to forecast future demand and support inventory planning decisions.
Monitors SPD stock and system parameters (e.g., reorder points and safety stock levels) to ensure timely replenishment and consistent supply availability.
Coordinates with suppliers on open or outstanding purchase orders, delivery schedules, and performance improvement initiatives.
Tracks and follows up on unfulfilled customer backorders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Liaises with vendors on part inquiries, purchase forecasts, pricing, shipping arrangements, and claims management for both customers and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of shipping experience.
Experience in WMS, ERP, MRP, or similar systems will be an added advantage.
Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
