Job summary

MECHATRONICS MALAYSIA is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to handle non-executive recruitment, Workday administration, and learning data management. The role also covers foreign workers affairs, employee records digitalisation, and supporting HR operations on ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or psychology, with 2–3 years in HR, recruitment, and HR administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee records, and HR administration.
