Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is seeking a diligent Customer Service/Sales Admin to support order processing and client communications in Selangor. You will monitor orders, prepare quotations, and liaise with customers to ensure on-time delivery and strong relationships.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Experience in manufacturing is a plus; SAP knowledge is advantageous, and you will enjoy a competitive

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration; manufacturing experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
