Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia is looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records, and implement strategies to recruit and retain a qualified workforce. The role involves onboarding/offboarding documentation, HR compliance, and handling employee relations.

You will collaborate with various teams, support regulatory requirements, and contribute to a conducive working environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Knowledge of local labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and talent pipeline.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding/offboarding documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation for onboarding and offboarding, and ensure documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• To implement appropriate human resource strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
• Ensure proper storage, management, and retrieval of HR files, contracts, and agreements.
• Support compliance with local labour laws and organizational standards.
• To handle employees’ grievance and managing day-to-day human resource issues of employee relations.
• Work with various teams within the company to handle and resolve ad-hoc requests or enquiries.
