Job summary

AirBorneo Airways Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Training Administration professional to support Flight Operations Training. The role centers on maintaining accurate training records, tracking crew licensing, and coordinating travel, hotel bookings, and training logistics.

You will work closely with instructors, flight crews, and external training providers to ensure timely documentation, audits readiness, and compliance with CAAM requirements across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0a0Degree: 12 years in aviation training administration or equivalent.
• Diploma: 3 years in aviation training administration or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with training records, DBMS, and electronic training files.
• Knowledge of Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia training and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and up-to-date crew training and regulatory records.
• Timely tracking of licences, ratings, medicals, and expiries.
• Coordination of training nominations, registrations, and logistics with ATOs and vendors.
• Audit-ready documentation and records management.
