Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented fresh graduate to support the planning and execution of both internal and external company events. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee engagement and strengthening the company’s employer brand through well-organized events and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events (e.g. staff engagement activities, trainings, townhalls, festive celebrations, MICPASS) work closely with respective internal stakeholders
Support external events such as career fairs, campus engagements, recruitment drives, and corporate branding events
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
Manage event logistics including registration, materials preparation, scheduling, and on-site coordination
Support communication for events (e.g. email invitations, posters, internal announcements, videos)
Track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event insights
Assist in maintaining event calendars and budgets
Support HR initiatives related to employer branding and employee engagement
Assist in general office administration and HR operational support as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management or related field
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required (for events)
Preferred Attributes
Internship or university experience in event organizing or student bodies
Basic design skills (e.g. Canva) is an added advantage
