Job summary

Milestone Production is seeking an Event Executive/Senior Executive in Malaysia to coordinate and lead event projects from planning to execution. The role focuses on managing event plans, budgets, and supplier relations while ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years in events, strong English, and the ability to travel. Experience with app-based, virtual, or hybrid events is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in events.
• Experience with app-based conferences, virtual or hybrid events is a plus.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Willing to travel and have own transport.
• Excellent interpersonal, proactive and multi-tasking skills.

Event Executive/Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manages event plans, ensure smooth running of events
• Good experiences & contacts in the industry and suppliers base
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new partners
• Events budget planning
• Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from parties involved
• Responsible for all aspects of the event team’s activities
• Creative in planning, implementing, meeting timeline & problem solving
• Deal with team to work and supervise their works as per client’s expectation
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
• Leadership quality to lead & grow the team

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Plus point if have experience in App base conferences management, virtual & hybrid events
• Aggressive, Creative, Dynamic and able to work independently in servicing customers and able to manage events with smooth flow & with great satisfaction.
• Must have a good command of spoken/ written English.
• Must have own transport, willing to travel.
• Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects.
