Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd seeks an HR Systems Expert to oversee the organization’s HR platforms, including SuccessFactors, iNet and Saba. You will ensure security, user access management and data integrity across all HR systems.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, lead HRIS projects, and maintain system performance and reporting efficiency. A degree in CS/IS and 2+ years in HCM advisory or SAAS/cloud consulting are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in HCM process advisory/design or HCM SAAS/cloud consulting.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Integrations, Security.
• Experience with SF implementation life cycle: requirements, gap analysis, design, UAT, training, deployment.

• Serve as go-to expert for HR systems (SuccessFactors, iNet, Saba).
• Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity across HR platforms.
• Participate in HR project activities with HRMS focus.

Job description

Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HR systems used in the organization including but not limited to Success Factors, iNet and Saba

Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms

Participate in HR project activities with HRMS focus

Translate business needs into functional requirements, to implement solutions and to coordinate and lead activities related to HR project work plans.

Maintains/improves HR systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, and resolves software issues

Designs and generates queries, reports, and dashboards for HR

Assists with researching new technologies and system solutions to support Human Resources Department

Act as Level 2 Expert in evaluating HR systems specific issues and enhancement requests.

REQUIREMENT

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

Significant experience (2+ years) experience in HCM process advisory/design and HCM SAAS/cloud consulting or technical consulting environment

Knowledge of some or all Success Factors functionality like Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Integrations, Security and Data Conversion

Experience with all aspects of Success Factors implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
