Job summary

ONG & RAYMOND HOR is seeking a dedicated Personal Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for the Managing Partner. The role involves driving to meetings, court, offices, events, and other destinations, with travel inside and outside the state as required.

You will plan routes, maintain the vehicle, perform basic checks, and remain confidential about sensitive matters. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or outstation travel, is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Physically fit to perform driving duties.
• No criminal or police record.
• Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
• Good knowledge of roads and routes in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Boss to meetings, appointments, court, offices, events, and other destinations as required.
• Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Assist with loading and carrying documents or items when required.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Boss's personal and work-related matters.
• Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or outstation travel.
• Perform other driving-related or ad hoc duties as assigned.
