Frequent outstation travel and overnight stays may be required, including trips to Singapore. A high standard of confidentiality and discretion is essential for handling schedules and documents.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).
• Good knowledge of Johor Bahru routes and traffic.
• Clean driving record with safety awareness.
• Physically fit, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and flexible hours.
• Willing and able to travel outstation and stay overnight when required.
• Willing to work beyond normal hours, including evenings/weekends/public holidays when required.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Possess a valid passport and travel to Singapore when required for work.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive Directors to and from the office, meetings, and other destinations.
• Ensure punctuality, reliability, and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance scheduling.
• Plan routes to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals.
• Assist with errands, document delivery, and other tasks as assigned.
• Be willing and able to travel outstation and stay overnight as needed.
• Work beyond normal hours when Directors' schedule requires.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with schedules and documents.
• Carry out additional driving, delivery, and support duties as assigned.
