Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for the employer to work, meetings, events, and other destinations, with careful route planning in the Klang Valley.

You will maintain confidentiality, keep the vehicle clean and serviced, perform basic checks, and assist with errands. Flex hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class D driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience.
• Knowledge of Klang Valley roads, routes and traffic conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relation to employer matters.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the employer.
• Plan and manage travel routes considering traffic conditions, road closures, weather, and schedule.
• Comply with road traffic laws and safety requirements, ensuring safety and comfort of the employer and passengers.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's schedule and personal/business matters.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fueled, and in good operating condition.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report issues promptly.
• Arrange regular servicing, maintenance and inspections as required.
• Assist with running errands and delivery of documents or items as requested.
