Job summary

Suntar International Group is seeking an Admin cum Driver for office travel in Johor Bahru and Singapore. The role combines practical driving with essential administrative support to management and staff.

Candidates should have a clean D license, at least 3 years of driving experience, and familiarity with JB, SG, and interstate routes. The position may require extended hours and outstation travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience.
Valid D license with a clean record.
Familiar with Johor Bahru, Singapore and interstate routes.
Willing to work for extended/irregular hours and travel when required.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and timely transportation for management, customers and employees.
Transport employees to meetings, site visits, and other work-related destinations.
Remain on standby during working hours to support transportation needs.
Ensure company vehicles are clean, maintained and roadworthy.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, road tax renewal and insurance matters.
Monitor fuel usage and report vehicle issues promptly.
Plan routes and manage travel schedules effectively.
Assist with general administrative duties when driving is not required.
Support office administration and assist in procurement of office supplies and stationery management.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and meeting logistics.
