Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Malaysia to support telesales activities, handle AI chatbot inquiries, and manage customer journeys from inquiry to sale. The role emphasizes high-quality communication, deal promotions, and accurate record-keeping to boost conversions and satisfaction.

The position requires a proactive, sales-oriented individual prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and to cover weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.
• Strong English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform outbound calls to persuad customers in the internal database to book online payments for preferred Carsome cars.
• Deliver scripted sales talks to describe services or products to potential customers.
• Attend customer inquiries with accurate information about Carsome’s used car business and offerings.
• Proactively persuade customers to reschedule cancelled appointments.
• Inform customers about ongoing deals and promotions to drive conversions.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to teamwork by achieving results.
• Maintain and protect customer interaction records and account details using Carsome tools.

About the Role
CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Department. We are looking for a self-driven individual with a strong background in telesales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include supporting telesales activities, managing AI chatbot inquiries, identifying potential customers, following up on leads, assisting customers throughout their end-to-end journey, and providing timely and effective support to drive sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day

Perform Outbound calls to potential customers available in CARSOME’s Internal database to persuade and convince them to make online booking payment for their preferred CARSOME cars.

Delivers scripted sales talks to describe services or products to potential customers.

Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.

Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled.

Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Contributes to teamwork by achieving relevant results.

Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using CARSOME tools provided.

Your Know-How

Education Level – A high school qualification or equivalent.

Proven experience as Telemarketer or similar sales role with a minimum 1-year experience.

Able to work under a fast phase environment.

Have a positive mindset, sales-oriented person.

Candidate with high integrity in values, prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.

Candidates must be willing to work alternate 6 days, Public Holiday & Weekends.

Strong English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills.

Managing AI chat box will be added advantage
