Job summary

CARSOME Melaka is seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service professional to join our high-energy team. You will engage walk-in and online customers, help them find the right vehicle, and guide them through the sale process.

Knowledge of CARSOME inventory and delivering live product demonstrations will be essential, as you arrange financing and complete all records to ensure smooth transactions. Training is provided and adaptability with social media is valued.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail, hospitality or related fields is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Social Media Literacy.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions and drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.
