CARSOME is Malaysia's leading used-car e-commerce platform seeking a proactive Sales Consultant in Iskandar Puteri. You will engage customers in a high-energy sales environment, help them find vehicles that meet their needs, and guide them through the sale, appraisal, test drive and financing steps.

The role emphasizes customer service, active listening, and teamwork to hit sales targets. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic automotive tech company.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Strong listening and customer-focus skills.
• High level of self-motivation; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Attend to walk-in and website inquiries and assist customers in finding a vehicle.
• Guide customers through sale, appraisal, test drives and financing processes.
• Complete records for smooth transactions and drive showroom traffic with live product demonstrations.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
