CARSOME is Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform with operations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. We provide end-to-end car buying and selling solutions, from inspection to ownership transfer and financing, aiming to deliver trust, convenience and efficiency to customers.

We are looking for a proactive Carsome Consultant to build relationships, understand customer needs, and help guide decisions for the right vehicle selection and a seamless buying

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, airline).
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Work in a high energy sales environment as part of a team to meet goals.
• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.
• Use knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation for smooth transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals
• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry
• Use your knowledge of Carsome inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers

About you

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus

• Training will be provided
