Job description

To market TL (term loan) and IHP (Industrial Hire Purchase) products by identifying the market segments and potential customers.

To perform site visitations, build rapport and maintain good relationship with clients and dealers.

To prepare credit proposals and facilitate lending for clients by preparing loan applications, evaluating clients’ financial information and calculating risk ratios for management approval.

Ensures proactive monitoring of portfolio performance to minimize write-offs and loan loss.

Job Requirements:-

Applicants must have bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum 2 – 5 years in credit marketing, banking, or financial services.

Loan Disbursement and Loan Approval -Must have strong knowledge of credit processes, documentation, and compliance standards to ensure smooth loan approvals and high conversion from approval to disbursement.

Interest Rate / True Rate –Must understand and achieve interest rates and effective interest rates based on the company guidelines.

Non-Performing Loan (NPL) –Must be able to identify early warning signals of default, target quality borrowers, and maintain NPL within the company guidelines.

Collection Rate –High collection rates are expected as part of portfolio quality management.

Full-time position is available to be based at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee.
