Job summary

Lagenda Properties Berhad is seeking a content creator to produce engaging property videos for TikTok and Facebook, and to support live sales sessions. You will collaborate with sales teams and project leaders to capture and deliver compelling content across venues and campaigns.

The role focuses on high-quality video production, real-time engagement with audiences, and timely delivery aligned with campaigns and promotions in the Malaysian property market.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging TikTok videos to support property sales and marketing initiatives.
• Educate via property content on pricing, financing and home-buying tips.
• Develop content with strong 3-second hooks, clear storytelling and CTA.
• Repurpose content for Facebook Reels and campaign videos.
• Actively participate in TikTok LIVE sales sessions and engage viewers.
• Capture authentic content at sales galleries, project sites and events.
• Film, edit and publish content within campaign timelines.
• Monitor content performance to improve engagement and lead generation.

Job description

• Create engaging TikTok videos to support property sales and marketing initiatives, including Property and project highlights, Promotions, launches and sales campaigns, Sales agent and team activities
• Educational property content covering pricing, eligibility, financing and home-buying tips
• Develop content with strong 3-second hooks, clear storytelling and compelling calls-to-action (CTA) to drive enquiries, WhatsApp conversations and registrations.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, formats and content styles relevant to the property industry.

2. Facebook Video Content

• Repurpose and optimize TikTok content for Facebook Reels and campaign videos.
• Adapt content to suit Facebook's audience and platform requirements while maintaining a strong sales and conversion focus.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, professional and compliant with the Company's guidelines.

3. TikTok LIVE

• Actively participate in and support TikTok LIVE sales sessions, including hosting and co-hosting.
• Present and explain property projects, pricing, promotions, packages and key selling points to viewers.
• Engage with viewers in real time, respond to enquiries and support the sales team in converting leads.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Teams, Project PICs and Team Leaders to ensure accurate and up-to-date project information is communicated during LIVE sessions.
• Capture authentic and engaging content at Sales galleries, Property project sites, Roadshows and events
• Sales activities and team events
• Identify opportunities to showcase real customer experiences, project progress, facilities and surrounding amenities through video content.

5. Fast Turnaround & Sales Support

• Film, edit and publish content within agreed timelines, particularly during campaign launches and peak sales periods.
• Provide timely content support for sales campaigns, project launches, promotions and other business priorities.
• Work closely with the Mobile Sales team to understand content requirements and execute content based on established direction, SOPs and campaign objectives.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and lead generation.
