Serba Wangi is seeking a Content Creator & Videographer to collaborate with the Personal IP Lead to capture, produce and develop authentic, high-quality content around Director’s real-world activities, business, products, consumers and technology.
You will be involved from content capture through editing, repurposing and asset management, with a strong focus on turning one real activity into multiple valuable content assets for social platforms and business communications.
We are looking for a Content Creator & Videographer to work closely with the Personal IP Lead to capture, produce and develop authentic, high-quality content around Director’s real-world activities, business, products, consumers and technology.
This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok, Instagram Reels and social-first storytelling, but who can also create professional visual content for LinkedIn and other business communications.
You will be involved from content capture through editing, repurposing and asset management, with a strong focus on turning one real activity into multiple valuable content assets.
Follow and capture selected real activities involving Director, including product discussions, consumer testing, retail visits, business meetings, exhibitions, events, data/technology discussions and other relevant activities.
Shoot primarily vertical, social-first video suitable for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Capture natural conversations, reactions, behind-the-scenes moments and spontaneous content opportunities.
Take high-quality photographs for LinkedIn, Instagram and other communications.
Ensure good framing, lighting and audio while maintaining a natural, authentic visual style.
Edit raw footage into engaging TikTok, Instagram Reel and other short-form videos.
Develop strong opening hooks, pacing and storytelling flow together with the Personal IP Lead.
Add subtitles, simple graphics, text overlays, music and transitions where appropriate.
Produce clean master files that can be adapted across multiple platforms.
Create different cuts or versions where required for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Maintain a fast and efficient editing workflow while ensuring high production quality.
Work with the Personal IP Lead to translate agreed content angles into visual stories.
Identify interesting moments during filming that could become additional content.
Suggest creative ways to make business, consumer, product and technology topics easy to understand and visually engaging.
Avoid overly corporate or advertisement-style production unless specifically required.
Prepare final content files in the correct format and dimensions for each platform.
Support caption, thumbnail/cover and publishing preparation where required.
Assist with scheduling and publishing content when assigned.
Ensure content remains visually consistent across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Stay aware of current short-form content formats and platform best practices.
Apply the principle: One real activity -> multiple content assets.

The creator should actively look for ways to maximise usable content from each activity.
Maintain an organised library of raw footage, edited videos, photos and published assets.
Properly label and archive content for future reuse.
Maintain a bank of unused clips, B-roll and photographs.
Ensure files are backed up and easily accessible to the internal team.
Establish and maintain a practical content filing and asset-management system.
Participate in the weekly content-planning discussion with the Personal IP Lead.
Review Director's upcoming schedule to identify content opportunities.
Prepare simple filming plans, shot lists or equipment requirements when needed.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams before filming activities involving products, staff, customers or confidential areas.
Support the Personal IP Lead in reviewing content performance.
Observe which hooks, editing styles, topics and video formats generate stronger:
Apply learnings to future production.
Follow the approved Personal IP direction and content guidelines.
Protect confidential or commercially sensitive information captured during filming.
Do not publish or release content without the required approval.
Be mindful of unreleased products, pricing, customer information, internal data, formulations and employee matters.
Ensure staff or external parties are filmed appropriately and with necessary consent where required.
Maintain professional judgment when deciding what should or should not be captured on camera.
Experience in videography, content creation, social media production or short-form video editing.
Experience creating content for a personal brand, founder, executive or business leader.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and social-first video.
Good knowledge of framing, lighting, audio and basic cinematography.
Strong video-editing skills and an understanding of short-form storytelling.
Ability to identify interesting moments and turn them into compelling content.
Good visual sense and attention to detail.
Organised and able to manage large volumes of digital media assets.
Able to work quickly and independently while taking direction from the Personal IP Lead.
