Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible, punctual driver to provide safe transport for the Chairman, Directors and authorised personnel. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability to support daily operations.

Qualifications include a minimum SPM and 3–5 years of driving experience; a valid Malaysian licence and clean record; familiarity with Klang Valley roads; willingness to work overtime, weekends and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of working experience as a personal or company driver.
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads and traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily transportation services to the Chairman, Directors, and family members as required.
• Drive staff or students when assigned and approved by Management or HR Department.
• Assist with pick-up and drop-off duties between hostel, college, and other assigned locations.
• Ensure all journeys are planned properly to ensure punctuality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good condition of all company vehicles at all times.
• Monitor and update vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and service records regularly.

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and trustworthy Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services to the Chairman, Directors, and authorised personnel. The ideal candidate must be professional, well-disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily transportation services to the Chairman, Directors, and family members as required.
• Drive staff or students when assigned and approved by Management or HR Department.
• Assist with pick-up and drop-off duties between hostel, college, and other assigned locations.
• Ensure all journeys are planned properly to ensure punctuality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good condition of all company vehicles at all times.
• Monitor and update vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and service records regularly.
• Arrange for vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
• Dispatch and collect documents, parcels, cheques, or other items to/from offices, ministries, embassies, and partners when required.
• Assist in basic administrative or general support tasks when assigned.
• Support the company events, meetings, and ad-hoc duties when required.
• Ensure full compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
