Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation to the Chairman, Directors, and authorised personnel. The role requires punctuality, confidentiality, and professionalism, with 3–5 years of driving experience and a valid Malaysian licence.

Based in Klang Valley, the driver will maintain vehicles, log mileage, and assist with ad-hoc duties. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to support events and travel across sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience as personal or company driver.
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads and traffic regulations.
• Punctual, disciplined and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily transportation services to the Chairman, Directors, and family members as required.
• Drive staff or students when assigned by Management or HR Department.
• Assist with pick-up and drop-off duties between hostel, college, and other assigned locations.
• Ensure journeys planned for punctuality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and condition of vehicles at all times.
• Monitor and update vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and service records.
• Arrange servicing, maintenance, repairs when necessary.
• Dispatch and collect documents, parcels, cheques, or other items to/from offices, ministries, embassies, and partners.
• Assist in basic administrative or general support tasks.
• Support company events, meetings, and ad-hoc duties.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
